Current orders will still be checked and workflows managed, but no new design work will start until 26th January.
Our wonderful production Manager, Lilibeth, will be monitoring emails during this time, logging new jobs and contacting Katy about anything urgent.
If you’ve been thinking about ordering, place your order before the 10th of January. New pricing will be implemented after this.

Our manufacturing partners in China will also be taking a break soon. Chinese New Year (CNY) is a major holiday, and production and shipping are affected through February and into March.
If your event is in March or April, now is the time to get in touch so we can make sure everything arrives on time.

Medals and Pins
The electroplating bath is closing on the 8th of January for cleaning. The factory is then fully closed from the 10th of February to the 22nd of February.
Moonlite Performance Shirts
Orders to be completed and posted before CNY need to be confirmed and paid for by the 16th of January.
The factory is then fully closed form the 11th of February to the 25th of February.
Towels and Buffs
The factory is closed form the 30th of January to the 28th of February.
The factory is closed between the 8th of February and the 23rd of February. Lead times before and after this date will be longer
