For Gilead Sciences, we developed a fully customised patient care pack designed to elevate comfort, connection and clarity for patients receiving CAR-T cell therapy. Every item in the kit was purposefully chosen to support the patient journey while staying aligned with strict pharmaceutical compliance guidelines.
We created a bespoke zip-up bag featuring a completely custom design to house their patient information and educational materials. Inside, we paired premium, patient-friendly items – including custom-designed socks, Burt’s Bees lip balm and L’Occitane hand cream – offering small touches of comfort during treatment and recovery.
One of the standout elements of this project was a set of specially designed cars that tied into the CAR-T therapy experience. These cars, and their box, helped communicate key concepts in a simple, reassuring way while reinforcing Gilead’s commitment to delivering thoughtful, patient-centred care.
